Deployment Strategist
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Deployment Strategist will manage end-to-end deployments for a portfolio of accounts, driving organizational change and ensuring sustained usage of the platform by migrating requirements, configuring workflows, and training teams.
Key responsibilities
- Run deployments from kickoff to adoption, including migration, configuration, and training
- Drive organizational change by identifying champions and addressing blockers to ensure adoption
- Design customer-specific Flow setups and collaborate with software-focused engineers on integration work
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as deployment, consulting, or customer-facing engineering
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and make it stick
- Familiarity with hardware engineering programs and ability to engage with both technical and executive teams
- Experience managing long, multi-team rollouts with clear planning and stakeholder communication
- Comfort with technical aspects such as data migration, configuration, and APIs at a working level
