Deployment Strategist

Job Summary

Owning customer adoption and growth, the full-time Deployment Strategist will manage enterprise accounts to scale AI infrastructure from proof of value to enterprise-wide deployment while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Scale proof of value into production by managing the path from initial deployment to widespread adoption
• Unite stakeholders by coordinating with security, IT, and AI teams to facilitate progress towards AI goals
• Drive retention and expansion by sharing responsibility for renewals and upselling opportunities with Account Executives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Deployment Strategist, Technical Account Manager, or Solutions Architect
• Experience with consulting or operations, understanding company dynamics from the executive level down
• Proven ownership of multiple enterprise accounts with shared responsibility for renewals and expansions
• Technical depth in areas such as SSO, SCIM, and API responses
• Demonstrated executive presence through running business reviews and enablement sessions with high-level stakeholders
