Deployment Strategist Lead
Job Summary
To open up a new market for voice AI technology, the full-time salaried Deployment Strategist Lead will hire and manage a team, engage with strategic customers to identify their needs, and ensure impactful implementation of solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points
- Build and lead a team of engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology into innovative solutions
- Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into ElevenLabs' software products and AI models
Required qualifications
- Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams
- Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration
- Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives
- Experience in partner ecosystem development is a plus
