Deposit Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Managing daily operations and analysis, the full-time remote Deposit Operations Analyst will execute and improve Deposit Operations functions, perform trend analysis, and provide Tier II support while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end processing of daily operational functions, including monitoring queues, resolving exceptions, and ensuring adherence to procedures
• Deliver Tier II phone support by troubleshooting issues, analyzing support trends, and recommending improvements to reduce recurring problems
• Assess risk trends and control effectiveness, providing analytical support for escalations and participating in service and process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of bank operations experience required; 5+ years preferred
• Prior item/check/payment processing experience preferred
• National Check Professional (NCP) accreditation preferred
• Strong working knowledge of applicable regulations and accounting concepts preferred
