Deposit Operations Representative

Job Summary

Supporting deposit product onboarding and servicing activities, the full-time Deposit Operations Representative will process account origination requests, transaction processing, and exception item handling while ensuring compliance with operational procedures in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process routine account requests, maintenance tasks, and operational transactions related to deposit products
• Handle ACH processing, wire transfers, check processing, and account maintenance while adhering to established procedures
• Respond to customer inquiries and complete account servicing requests, escalating complex issues as necessary

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related banking, financial services, operations, or customer service experience
• Ability to learn and apply banking procedures, operational processes, systems, and regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
