Job Summary
Supporting daily transaction processing in a remote capacity, the full-time Deposit Operations Advanced Specialist will manage ACH, wires, RDC, and card transactions while ensuring compliance and operational excellence during system conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and resolve ACH, RDC, wire, and card transactions accurately and timely
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness across operational workflows while collaborating with internal partners
- Support system conversion efforts and identify issues related to new banking product modules
Required Qualifications
- Prior deposit operations experience; banking deposit operations background is preferred
- Experience with Phoenix core or Jack Henry SilverLake is a plus
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt during core system conversions and fast-changing operational priorities
- Understanding of financial products, applicable regulations, and laws related to deposit operations
