Deputy Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deputy Program Manager (Remote) to lead program management and data analytics efforts for the Department of Homeland Security.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish processes to streamline data analytics and reporting across multiple project teams
- Facilitate agile team interactions and provide thought leadership on innovation and automation
- Lead customer engagement and ensure project teams meet compliance and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments (2 years may be waived for a master's degree)
- Experience with ICE-specific data and processes
- Direct management experience of a program team with more than 5 personnel is preferred
- Ability to attain and maintain DHS clearance (US citizenship required)
