Deputy Program Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the execution of a large-scale federal healthcare technology program, the full-time Deputy Program Manager will manage program delivery, governance, and coordination across multiple workstreams while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Support overall planning, execution, governance, and delivery of the program
- Provide leadership and oversight across technical and functional workstreams
- Coordinate program schedules, milestones, deliverables, and manage risks and issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management, particularly with large-scale technology programs
- Demonstrated experience in a Deputy Program Manager, Program Manager, or comparable leadership role
- Strong experience with program governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management
- Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid software delivery methodologies
