Job Summary
Supporting the U.S. Air Force's rapid-response contingency contracting program, the full-time Deputy Program Manager will coordinate complex operations, oversee task orders, and ensure compliance while working remotely or in OCONUS locations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the designated alternate to the Program Manager, exercising authority for contract and task-order matters
- Coordinate multiple task orders and manage relationships with Site Managers, functional leads, and subcontractors across various locations
- Monitor program performance metrics, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and effective communication with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Current active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, logistics, program management, or a related field
- At least two years of program management experience within the last seven years
- Demonstrated expertise in Government appropriations and acquisition processes
- Experience managing multiple task orders valued above $400,000
