Design Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing residential sales team, the remote Design Consultant will engage with homeowners and design firms, manage customer relationships, and guide clients through the sales process while leveraging digital tools and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Build a customer base through inbound engagement via chat, phone, and email, converting conversations into active projects
• Conduct virtual consultations and project reviews, developing quotes and assisting customers with product selections and orders
• Manage customer pipelines and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project support and follow-up

Required qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in sales, design, interiors, or a consultative environment
• Ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple active projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with Salesforce and evolving sales technologies
• Interest in design, architecture, or related fields is strongly valued
