Design Consultant

Job Summary

To support retail bank projects, the full-time Design Consultant will manage external design consultants, ensure compliance with client requirements and sustainability goals, and facilitate the value engineering process while working remotely across the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the performance of external design consultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Conducting design reviews to verify compliance with project briefs and technical specifications
• Coordinating between stakeholders to resolve complex technical challenges and manage documentation for regulatory submissions

Required qualifications

• B.A. or B.F.A. in Interior Design or B.A. or M.A. in Architecture from an accredited program
• NCIDQ certification or architectural registration preferred
• 1 to 5 years of experience in commercial project design, construction, or project management
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, and Revit
• Strong understanding of building codes and industry-standard procurement processes
