Job Summary
A company is looking for a Design Director who can lead and elevate a world-class design function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategic vision for design across all touchpoints including product, UX, web, brand, and marketing
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of UX and UI designers
- Drive user research and usability testing to uncover real customer insights
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in UX or product design
- 3+ years of experience at a leadership level
- Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing design teams
- Strong systems thinking and product sensibility
- Extensive experience in Figma and other modern design tools
