Design Director

Job Summary

Leading high-level creative projects, the full-time remote Design Director will partner with Project Managers to deliver creative pitches, oversee design and brand vision for client accounts, and mentor team members to enhance project outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers to scope and estimate creative projects while managing client communications and team workflows
• Drive brand strategy and onboarding for new client accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals and maintaining design quality
• Elevate the design team's capabilities through mentorship, training, and providing creative direction on projects

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of creative and art direction experience, with at least 4 years in a fast-paced agency environment
• Proven ability to lead strategic, cross-channel creative work from concept to execution
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma
• Demonstrated success working with large, enterprise-level clients
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of mentoring creative teams
