Job Summary
Leading design for the Lilly Employer platform, the full-time Associate Design Director, Employer Experience will set the design vision, mentor a team of designers, and drive innovation in creating user-centered healthcare solutions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Set and uphold high standards for design craft and strategic thinking across all initiatives
- Mentor and empower a team of designers to enhance their skills and creative impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement user-centered design solutions
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of design experience
- 3+ years of experience leading design teams or setting design direction in complex environments
- High school diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant design experience
- BA/BS in Human Computer Interaction, design, or a closely related field preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering digital experiences in regulated industries, such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals
