Design Director, Visual Design

Job Summary

Leading multidisciplinary teams, the full-time remote Design Director, Visual Design will define and elevate the visual, UI, brand, and product design direction for world-class brands while fostering client relationships and driving innovation through AI-augmented design workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships, guiding them through visual and product design decisions
• Define and own the visual and interface direction across products to ensure consistency, quality, and impact
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in creative leadership within digital design and product teams
• Demonstrated depth in at least two design disciplines (e.g., visual/brand + product/UI)
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual and product design solutions, including AI-integrated processes
• Deep expertise in product and UI design, including design systems and advanced Figma mastery
• Hands-on fluency with AI-driven design and production tools used in daily workflows
