Job Summary
Seeking a Design Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for shaping the visual design of an AI-native website platform for real estate agents, improving user experiences, and iterating on design systems while leveraging AI tools for development.
Key responsibilities
- Design and iterate on themes that define premium quality across the platform, focusing on typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Enhance user experiences across various client-facing and administrative interfaces, partnering with the platform team to implement design changes
- Address escalated client support tickets, transforming issues into design improvements to enhance overall product quality
Required qualifications
- Exceptional design taste evidenced by a portfolio showcasing live sites and a strong understanding of typography and design principles
- Expertise in HTML and CSS, with a working knowledge of JavaScript
- Proven daily use of AI tools for design and development, with specific examples of enhanced workflow
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and a willingness to engage in client support as part of the design process
