Design Execution Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading design projects from planning through delivery, the full-time Design Execution Project Manager will manage multidisciplinary teams, develop project schedules, and ensure alignment with scope, budget, and quality objectives while working remotely across the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage design projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and facilitate design reviews and stakeholder meetings
• Monitor project performance, risks, and budgets, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing design, capital, or construction-related projects
• Strong understanding of design management and project delivery methodologies
• Proficiency in project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Primavera P6, or MS Project
• PMP, PRINCE2, LEED, WELL, or related professional certifications are preferred
