Design Lead, Credit Cards

Job Summary

Leading a small team of designers, the full-time remote Design Lead, Credit Cards will own the creative execution of co-branded card programs from brief to production, while also mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality design outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of designers, providing feedback and coaching to elevate creative standards
• Own end-to-end creative execution for co-branded card programs, translating partner briefs into compelling designs and visual systems
• Manage program-level creative thinking, ensuring designs connect with digital wallets and app contexts while maintaining quality across all deliverables

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in brand or print design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of design projects
• Experience leading or mentoring designers, with a genuine interest in their professional growth
• Proven ability to present and defend creative work to clients, articulating design rationale effectively
• Strong understanding of print production and the ability to prepare mechanicals for commercial printing
• Experience operating at a program level, understanding the connection between individual design assets and broader brand systems
