Design Program Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a Principal Design Program Manager for a hybrid contract role who will manage design operations and systems, lead major design initiatives, and facilitate experimentation and growth, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in the Denver, CO or Seattle, WA area.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Jira operating model for eComm Design, including ticket intake and sprint planning
- Lead design program management for major initiatives from kickoff through post-delivery support
- Facilitate the Experimentation & Growth sprint cycle, ensuring alignment with KPIs and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of program or project management experience in design, product, or technology environments
- Deep fluency in Jira, with experience in workflows, dashboards, and reporting
- Proven ability to design and implement process or operating models
- Strong knowledge of design processes, Figma, and UX terminology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP, SAFe, or similar certification is a plus
