Design Systems Lead
Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution of design systems, the full-time Design Systems Lead will manage a team across B2C, B2B, and multiple brands, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and driving the development of scalable component libraries and UI standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design systems team, overseeing designers and QA resources across multiple workstreams
- Own the design systems vision, strategy, architecture, and roadmap for digital experiences
- Establish governance, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of UI/Product Design experience with significant design systems leadership
- Proven track record in leading design teams and enterprise-scale design systems initiatives
- Deep expertise in design systems architecture and component libraries
- Experience managing multi-brand, multi-platform design systems in B2C and/or B2B environments
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, responsive design, and front-end development workflows
