Job Summary
Bridging the gap between design and engineering, the full-time Staff Design Technologist will build and maintain design systems, create prototypes for user testing, and develop tools to enhance design workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across brands and platforms
- Create prototypes to validate design concepts with real users before production
- Develop tools and automation that streamline design processes and integrate AI effectively
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in design technology, UX engineering, or a related field
- Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework
- Proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience with design systems
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and a commitment to inclusive design
- Availability for a minimum 3-hour overlap with Toronto (Eastern) time
