Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Designer III will support design processes and practices, deliver design work including prototypes and wireframes, and mentor junior designers while collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver design work including discovery artifacts, sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Build relationships with stakeholders and team members to drive improvements in design processes
- Coach and mentor designers, providing actionable feedback to foster growth within the design discipline
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in design
- Progressive experience with design principles and relevant technologies
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Miro, or Adobe tools
