Designer III
Job Summary
Supporting design initiatives in a remote capacity, the full-time Designer III will deliver design work including prototypes and UX flows, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet project delivery requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver design artifacts such as sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes while collaborating with a multi-disciplined team
- Build relationships with stakeholders to drive improvements in design processes and practices
- Coach and mentor junior designers, providing actionable feedback to support their growth within the design discipline
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Progressive experience with design principles and relevant technologies
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Miro, or Adobe tools
