Job Summary

Investigating and managing a varied caseload of property claims, the fully remote Desktop Property Loss Adjuster will handle claims from inception to settlement using digital tools, while providing technical support and training to colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, manage, and report on a caseload of commercial and domestic property claims from a desk-based environment
• Conduct effective claim investigations using various digital methods and assess the need for site visits when necessary
• Provide technical referrals and recommendations on coverage, liability, and settlement strategy while ensuring compliance with client service instructions

Required qualifications

• Essential experience in investigating and handling property claims on a cradle-to-grave basis
• Strong technical understanding of property damage, construction, and policy coverage
• Ability to assess and respond to technical referrals and provide constructive feedback on reports
• Experience in training and supporting less experienced colleagues in claims handling
• Proficiency in using digital tools for claim investigations and management
