Job Summary
Supporting the phased rollout of Davidson Connect, the full-time remote Desktop Solutions Group Specialist will prepare data, assist branches during the launch, and train Financial Advisors and associates on new tools, while also maintaining CRM and Envestnet data.
Key responsibilities
- Support data entry, cleanup, and validation before and after branch conversions for Davidson Connect
- Guide users through data, navigation, and workflow questions during user testing and branch launches
- Build training resources and FAQs, addressing questions from Financial Advisors and branch associates
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in client service, application support, training, or financial services preferred
- Familiarity with CRM or other database applications, and proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle repetitive work accurately and confidentially
- Patient, service-minded communicator who can explain technical steps in plain language
