Job Summary
To support federal staffing and recruitment efforts, the full-time remote DEU Certified Human Resources Specialist will consult with managerial personnel to develop recruitment strategies, utilize assessment tools, and manage vacancy announcements while ensuring compliance with eligibility and qualification requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with management to create recruitment strategies and develop specialized experience statements and assessment tools
- Post vacancy announcements and review candidates for eligibility, qualifications, and veteran preference
- Conduct quality reviews of staffing case files and coordinate outreach recruitment efforts
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of federal Human Resources staffing experience
- Active Delegated Examining Certification required
- Experience with USA Staffing and familiarity with USA Hire and second hurdle assessment options
- Required to obtain and maintain a Tier-4 Public Trust background investigation
