Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dev Support Associate Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and debug technical issues submitted via the Help Desk and IT Queue systems
- Create and maintain dynamic templates, PDF extractions, and biller branding images
- Collaborate with Software Engineers to address code issues and provide clear explanations to Client Services representatives
Required Qualifications:
- Experience using Visual Studio .NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and C#
- Basic image editing skills using Photoshop/Photoshop Elements
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Willingness to ask questions and be coachable
- Accountability and a commitment to learning from mistakes
