Job Summary
A company is looking for an Overnight Software Support Engineer to join their Support team and assist with technical issues related to their software platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Merchants and Partners through an internal ticketing system
- Create and update documentation as needed and prepare reports on technical issues
- Troubleshoot software problems and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a JavaScript environment
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
- Exceptional understanding of HTML and excellent CSS skills
- Understanding of browser developer tools for debugging and testing
