Job Summary
As a public-facing voice in the developer community, the full-time remote Developer Advocate will engage and grow audiences for network APIs, delivering technical content and live demonstrations while managing community programs and reporting on audience metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Grow an engaged developer audience through various channels including videos, blog posts, and social media
- Speak at conferences and meetups, showcasing live coding and demos using the Aduna sandbox
- Build and publish sample applications and tutorials on GitHub, while running community programs like hackathons and workshops
Required qualifications
- Proven public developer audience with substantial following or active community involvement
- Track record as a speaker at developer events with experience in live demonstrations
- 4+ years in developer relations, technical evangelism, or engineering with public-facing work
- Ability to write and ship working code in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and REST APIs
