Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time Developer Advocate, the candidate will empower developers by creating technical content, organizing community events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience with InfluxDB.
Key responsibilities
- Become an authority on the InfluxDB platform and assist developers in building their solutions
- Create engaging content such as blogs and videos to promote InfluxDB adoption
- Represent InfluxData at conferences and community events while providing technical training workshops
Required qualifications
- Strong public speaking skills with experience presenting at events
- 2+ years of experience supporting open source projects and developer communities
- Ability to build technology demos and examples for developers
- Knowledge of software development and the ability to learn new technologies
