Developer Engagement Contractor
Job Summary
To support the developer community, the part-time Developer Engagement Contractor will assist with creator escalations, manage communication between Roblox staff and creators, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions while working remotely and dedicating up to 40 hours per week, primarily from Saturday to Wednesday.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in resolving creator day-to-day escalations and emergencies
- Manage communication between Roblox staff and creators
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Required qualifications
- In-depth understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community
- Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of Roblox Studio
- Experience developing on Roblox and/or other creation platforms
- Demonstrates endless patience and a positive attitude
- Capable of managing time effectively
