Developer Relations Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a DevRel Engineer - Stake Pool Operator (SPO) for the Midnight Network.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with block producers, SPOs, developers, and ecosystem participants
- Design, build, and maintain tools and resources to support SPOs and testnet validators
- Develop technical documentation and content to educate the community
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Site Reliability, Infrastructure Engineering, or Technical Community roles
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust or JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with blockchain protocols
- Understanding of blockchain ecosystems, staking mechanisms, and decentralized governance
- Experience in community building and engaging technical communities
- A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives
