Job Summary
Owning technical support for developers using AgentMail, the full-time Developer Success Engineer will independently debug API requests, reproduce issues, and communicate effectively with developers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for developers, addressing issues related to API requests, webhooks, and integrations
- Identify and isolate problems, delivering high-quality reproductions to the engineering team or implementing fixes directly
- Analyze support conversations to recognize patterns and improve the developer experience by addressing recurring issues
Required qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in technical support, developer experience, solutions engineering, or engineering with a focus on developer-facing or API-first products
- Proficiency in reading API documentation and working with logs to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to distinguish between bugs, expected behavior, and incorrect API usage independently
- Capability to write code for investigating issues and implementing small fixes
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in understanding and resolving developer frustrations
