Job Summary

Owning the development path for site readiness, the full-time remote Development Lead will manage the stage-gate process from initial screening through to design and construction, validating power pathways and coordinating with various teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the stage-gate path from exclusivity and commercial terms through to design and construction handoff
• Validate power pathways with utility partners and translate findings into actionable deployment plans
• Manage a disciplined action list for each development phase, ensuring timely closure of tasks and decision points

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in land development, infrastructure development, or related fields
• Experience in advancing large-scale facility programs through planning and site closing
• Strong ability to evaluate power pathways and their implications on project schedules and costs
• Highly organized with a proven track record of converting ambiguous diligence into actionable plans
