Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time remote Development Manager will oversee the engineering efforts for endpoint configuration management, focusing on delivering features, guiding technical decisions, and collaborating with product management to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers while ensuring delivery outcomes and managing project priorities
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of configuration management features, including policies and reporting capabilities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with product priorities and establish clear metrics for reporting

Required qualifications

• Experience leading software engineers and managing production systems
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management and configuration automation
• Knowledge of AWS services and experience operating them in production
• Professional working proficiency in English for team leadership and collaboration
