Development Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time remote Development Manager will oversee the engineering efforts for endpoint configuration management, ensuring safe application of changes and consistent settings across environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, providing technical direction and feedback
- Own delivery outcomes, making capacity and priority tradeoffs visible while collaborating with Product Management
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of configuration management features and reporting capabilities
Required qualifications
- Experience leading software engineers and managing production systems
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering with proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and endpoint management or configuration automation
- Understanding of operating system configuration, policy evaluation, and safe change execution
- Professional working proficiency in English for effective team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
