Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time remote Development Manager will focus on delivering executive reporting capabilities, overseeing the design and operation of reporting services, and ensuring accurate data interpretation for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers while managing delivery outcomes and prioritizing project tasks
- Oversee the design and development of reporting capabilities, including dashboards and historical reporting on patches and vulnerabilities
- Coordinate with Product Management to translate customer needs into effective reporting solutions and improve reporting accuracy and performance
Required qualifications
- Experience leading software engineers and managing production systems
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and data-intensive applications
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and query performance
- Professional working proficiency in English for effective team collaboration
