Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing engineering teams, preferably in a Ruby on Rails environment

- Experience managing distributed or multi-site engineering teams
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate technical judgment and output of senior engineers
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence is preferred
