Development Manager

Job Summary

Supporting fundraising and donor engagement efforts, the full-time remote Development Manager will manage core development operations, maintain donor data, coordinate fundraising communications and campaigns, and assist with grant activities and fundraising events.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operator of the donor CRM, ensuring accurate records and efficient workflows for gift processing and donor communications
• Coordinate digital fundraising campaigns and manage donor stewardship to enhance engagement and retention
• Support grant management processes, including research, reporting, and maintaining accurate records

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in nonprofit development operations or fundraising management
• Demonstrated expertise with CRM systems for donor management and reporting
• Experience in digital fundraising and managing email campaigns
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines
• Commitment to conservation and the mission of protecting wild horses and burros
