Development Manager, DIY Programs

Job Summary

To support fundraising initiatives, the full-time salaried Development Manager, DIY Programs will manage revenue goals for DIY and Go Pink fundraising programs, collaborating with fundraisers and cross-departmental teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing a year-round fundraising plan for DIY & Go Pink fundraising partners
• Identify and build a pipeline of new prospective fundraisers while meeting partnership and revenue goals
• Develop creative strategies to motivate fundraising ambassadors and ensure accountability for achieving revenue targets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in peer-to-peer fundraising events or corporate partnerships
• Proven ability to recruit participants and achieve fundraising goals
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies and technology platforms
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and presentation development in PowerPoint
