Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time remote Development Manager - Integrations will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between the company's product and external systems, ensuring secure and reliable delivery while mentoring team members.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the engineering team, providing technical direction and mentoring
- Oversee the design and maintenance of integrations, including connectors and an Integrations Store
- Collaborate with Product Management to define priorities and translate customer needs into integration capabilities
Required qualifications
- Experience leading software engineers and managing production systems
- Strong knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience with AWS services in production environments
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining APIs and integrations
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data modeling and performance
