Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Development Systems & Grants Director, the successful candidate will manage internal fundraising systems, oversee proposal development, and transform organizational knowledge into actionable insights, while collaborating closely with leadership and a Salesforce Administrator.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and maintain Nuru's fundraising systems and proposal pipelines, ensuring data governance and operational workflows
- Lead the development and execution of high-quality grant proposals and donor reporting while managing compliance and tracking systems
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to enhance fundraising effectiveness and develop strategic donor profiles
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in a global NGO, social enterprise, or impact investing environment
- Solid technical understanding of global nonprofit development and rural livelihoods
- Proven experience in grant proposal development and cross-functional project management
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI productivity tools for optimizing workflows
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is a plus
