Key responsibilities
- Manage a software engineering team, including conducting 1:1s and supporting personal development planning
- Provide expertise in architecture, design, and technology decisions while collaborating with product management on feature prioritization
- Analyze, code, test, and release new product features and enhancements, assisting with the entire lifecycle of product releases
Required qualifications
- Strong full-stack development experience, ideally with .NET, Azure SQL Server, and Vue.js
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with emotional intelligence and cross-team collaboration skills

- Ability to break down complex tasks and tackle risks effectively
