Development Trainer

Job Summary

Partnering with business units to identify learning needs, the full-time remote Development Trainer will design, develop, and implement training programs while ensuring compliance with governance guidelines and evaluating learning effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations
• Develop evaluation tools and gather data to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to update training materials and manage communication plans for new courses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Comprehensive understanding of processes and concepts within the job function
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Technical career and pathway development experience preferred
• Intermediate skills with Learning Management Systems and the ADDIE method preferred
