Job Summary
Owning the payment device lifecycle, the full-time Device & Merchant Technology Manager will manage device performance, vendor relationships, and operational strategies while working remotely to support compliance and growth in merchant services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire device lifecycle from forecasting and purchasing to deployment and retirement, ensuring alignment with Xplor's requirements
- Act as the primary contact for Business Units regarding device needs, translating requirements into actionable delivery plans
- Maintain compliance with PCI and regulatory controls while tracking device costs and opportunities for optimization
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing payment terminals or comparable technology estates within payments or fintech
- Strong vendor management skills and ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams
- Working knowledge of device lifecycle management and operational controls
- Analytical skills to convert performance data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with SmartPOS, integrated commerce, and PCI DSS requirements
