Device & Merchant Technology Manager

Job Summary

Owning the payment device lifecycle, the full-time Device & Merchant Technology Manager will manage device performance, controls, and strategy while collaborating with business units and manufacturers in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire device lifecycle from demand forecasting to retirement, ensuring compliance with Xplor's requirements
• Act as the primary contact for business units regarding device needs and growth plans, translating requirements into actionable delivery plans
• Manage vendor relationships and hold them accountable for service level agreements, while resolving escalations and driving improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing payment terminals or similar technology estates within payments or fintech sectors
• Strong vendor management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Working knowledge of device lifecycle management and operational controls
• Proficiency in analyzing performance data to derive actionable insights
• Familiarity with SmartPOS technologies and PCI DSS security requirements
