Device Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the operational lifecycle of payment devices, the full-time Device Operations Specialist will coordinate device ordering, provisioning, and inventory control while working remotely to ensure accurate records and reliable fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate device records, including allocation, location, and status
• Coordinate device orders and monitor stock levels, flagging shortages and excess inventory
• Act as the primary operational contact for device-related inquiries and support requests

Required qualifications

• Experience in device operations, IT asset management, or payment operations
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate operational records
• Experience coordinating device orders, inventory, and deployments
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities
• Confidence in working with external vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
