Job Summary
Managing the daily operational management of payment devices, the full-time Device Operations Specialist will coordinate device ordering, provisioning, deployment, and inventory control while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate device records, including allocation, status, and inventory management
- Coordinate device orders and track configuration, dispatch, and delivery, ensuring clear communication with Business Units
- Act as the primary operational contact for the POS Portal, managing fulfilment and resolving operational issues
Required qualifications
- Experience in device operations, IT asset management, or payment operations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate operational records
- Experience coordinating device orders, inventory, and fulfilment processes
- Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively
- Confidence in collaborating with external vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
