DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To support a high-performance engineering team, the full-time DevOps Engineer will build and maintain deployment and release pipelines, automate software delivery processes, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance CI/CD practices in a dynamic remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Designing, building, and maintaining deploy and release pipelines while automating manual interventions during releases
- Advancing CI/CD GitOps processes by authoring reusable templates and applications to enable self-service for teams
- Troubleshooting deployment and infrastructure issues in collaboration with engineering teams to resolve environment-specific problems
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems such as GitLab CI/CD and/or Jenkins
- Proficiency in scripting and building tooling using Python and Bash/shell
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Familiarity with GitOps and infrastructure-as-code practices, including tools like ArgoCD and Ansible
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS services
