DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

To design, implement, and maintain a scalable cloud environment primarily within AWS, the full-time remote DevOps Engineer will manage infrastructure as code, develop CI/CD pipelines, and support containerized architectures while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, focusing on networking, security, and cost efficiency
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket to automate software delivery processes
• Support telephony infrastructure and real-time messaging systems while participating in on-call rotations

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related IT discipline is preferred
• Minimum of four years of experience in a DevOps or similar role with a focus on cloud infrastructure and automation
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like Python or Bash
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with telephony/VoIP infrastructure and monitoring platforms such as Datadog or ELK
